 Have you played GD reeds recently?

Hi!
I'm new at the formum. I've been a reader for a long time, but this is the first time I post something. My name is Manuel Torres, from Spain. I've been a Gonzalez GD player for a couple of years in my Bb. I recently purhcased a new box and find them a bit different. At the beginning I felt they were just kind of harder, but with time I got used to, and now I notice they are more vibrant and with more projection, without loosing control in difficult notes.
I looked at their website and facebook, and haven't seen any oficial comunication about any change. Has anyone played them recently and noticed something different?
Now I have to see how long do they last, and if this is a change or just the box I purchased that was different...
