Supposed to have 2 specialty adjustment tools.
A pivot screw set lock screw, demanding a tool for technicians to loosen, and a wrench to make fine tune adjustments.
I just acquired this clarinet sans tools. Backun is not returning calls or emails when I ask if either/both replacement tools may be found at hardware stores…for instance a star driver or standard metric wrench.
If anyone owns this clarinet can you assist?
Are these “custom” tools or “off the shelf”?
For what it’s worth the clarinet plays great, so I’d like to keep it.

Pivot lock set screw takes a T5 star bit…still don’t know what kind of wrench.
