 clarion E

just wondering if this is a problem other people have faced or if it's just me. I thought my tone was generally okay until the piece required a sustained clarion E and the tone was very different from my other notes and also quite flat.

tried to sustain other notes and they were all okay, the E was the outlier. not sure why it is just that note that is a problem when everything else is fine in terms of tone and tuning. is it an issue with the set-up? or is this a tendency on some clarinets and how can it be adjusted?

i use a Buffet Festival it's been working great
