Please don’t laugh. I know I’m pushing the limits of improbable on the side of impossible. With that disclaimer, does anyone know of a resource that has serial numbers for Bundy (Paris) metal clarinets?

Wow, what a beautiful clarinet!
You probably won't find a serial number list for these, but I do have an idea for you: Take a look at the Selmer catalogues on saxophone.org and other online resources. With such a low serial number, the earliest catalogue you find listing this clarinet should also be from the same year your clarinet was built, give or take a year.
For example, if you see this clarinet in a 1931 catalogue but not the 1930 edition, it's almost certainly a 1931 model.
