I had ordered Peter Leuthner reeds previously, from Behn's website, mainly because he did not have a minimum order quantity, unlike C. Fobes, where you need to order two boxes of reeds minimum.
This time, since Behn did not have the reeds in stock, I figured out I can order American cut and French cut reeds and see which I like better.
The order went through just fine and I got a shipping confirmation.
However, when I open the shipping box, I found different reeds from what I ordered, and a packing slip in the name of a different person, at different address.
I e-mail the website, twice with no answer. Called a few times too and always got an answering machine.
It's been a week without an answer. I just wonder what happened before I place the charge in dispute with my CC company.
Thanks

That seems odd. Clark has always been top notch in responding to inquiries and in his approach to customer service.

I ordered some #4 Pilgerstorfer Dolces about a month ago from
the website and got an email from Clark that the site had mistakenly allowed the order even though they were out of the 4s. He immediate refunded my payment. (He notified me when they were back in stock and I reordered some so we’ll see)
I sure hope everything is OK with Clark!

Exactly- I don't want to dispute anything until I find out what happened.
Things happen, esp. if he is the only person running the website.
However, I still need the reeds, so cannot wait too long either.

Apparently, Mr. Fobes did not get e-mails I sent a week ago, but he got one I sent yesterday and replied immediately. All is well.
