Dan,
Sure, I use mine all the time with Legere' reeds. However, this ligature is now my #2 behind a 3D Pereira ligature. That ligature holds a Legere' very well.
HRL
PS I do use VD Optimum ligatures on clarinet and sax with Legere' reeds. The optimum is easy to adjust.

My Opt lig fits a little loose on my Fobes/Legere combo. It is tightened all the way and I need to place it a little farther away from the tip than I normally do. But it works. If it really bugged me I would put a mouthpiece patch on top of the mouthpiece or a layer of synthetic cork on the reed plate to get a tighter fit.

They do not make much difference to me. I’m using my own 3D printed/cord design lately.
