The Klose is a great book. If you take the time to really go though that book you will be well on your way.

Some other things to explore

Kroepsch studies
Jean Jean Vade Mecum
Rose studies
Rose etudes

That should give you a great foundation, but I always suggest finding a teacher on clarinet who can help you explore all the right techniques, fingerings, etc. Often I hear sax players who want to approach it like a sax and then struggle really getting comfortable

(no offense to sax players. I have heard the other way around as well)
