What glue should I use to put new sandpaper on the plexiglass. The old glue came off cleanly.

I would probably consider something that I could later easily remove and replace, like a glue stick

For refacing I use Mylar backed self adhesive sandpaper.

I would look for a spray adhesive so it goes on evenly.

Bil Jackson taught me to use 3M Super 77 spray adhesive. It usually comes of with a bit of elbow grease and perhaps some scraping with a razor blade.

Best Wishes,

Thanks, I will look into this. Mojo suggestion is also good also but maybe more expensive.

Is plexiglass flat enough to use to flatten reeds or should I use a piece of glass instead? Thank you for any information.

My Vandoren sanding tool is plexiglass. I assume this is fine. I use the reed geek for side to side flatness and the sanding device for longitudinal flatness.
