Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for woodwind quintets or arrangements that featured or emphasized the clarinet specifically. I'm helping put together some educational programs, in which we're playing a short piece for each instrument, along with a short demo.
I have some in mind already, such as D'Rivera's Aires Tropicales, but I would love to hear some suggestions that the bboard had. Open to all styles–modern, jazz, etc would be awesome, but classical era works or arrangements are fine as well.

Not sure if this will help. Really nice folks at the Clarinet Institute of Los Angeles.
They have a lot of free music as well as inexpensive CD's for the clarinet and quintet arrangements.

Have you looked at the Mozetich quintet? It has 5 movements, each one featuring a different instrument in the woodwind quintet.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! Will definitely look into the Mozetich and the Ball. We already used the 2nd movement of the Nielsen for a different show and would prefer not to repeat.

Does bass clarinet count? Consider Janacek's Mladi (Youth Suite), though it's a sextet and the bass clarinet is not actually featured, it's an integral member of the group, an equal partner with the other instruments.

We'd love to do Mladi, but I'd have to check if a sixth member would be allowed. Many, many great works if we could add a pianist as well.
Also, in regards to the Janacek, I always wonder why more composers haven't looked into the quintet+bass clarinet ensemble–I think the sound is so much fuller with the extra low voice.

Actually, there is quite a robust repertoire for reed quintet: Ob, cl, bass cl, sax (generally soprano and/or alto) and bassoon.
