Which model is this? Old Buffet Crampon

Very old. I believe it’s low pitch since measurements between holes are pretty much identical to another low pitch clarinet. I don’t know how to add pics but it has four left hand pinkie levers and the fourth one is above the others and has an oval finger button. Also, what would be the lowest notes on the upper joint are instead on the lower joint. The middle tenon socket is metal lined with two tone holes and the middle tenon has two holes for those notes.

No serial number that I can find. It is rough condition with old repairs and needing more repairs. I mainly bought it because it had a mouthpiece I really wanted, which is a near mint Vandoren 2V which could be a Chedeville blank type.

Mainly I’m hoping to find out what model and is the much value to it in rough condition, or is it ok to part out a rough instrument like this?

Sounds like it might be a model R13-1/2 (Not the same as the modern "R13" but a predecessor, sometimes called a "pre-R13"). In rough shape the can be worth a few hundred bucks at most.

Thank you for the catalog page. The upper half looks a lot like the R-13 1/2 but the lower section looks a lot like the R-16. Yes, unfortunately it is pretty rough.

I looked at the mouthpiece again and it’s a Vandoren 2RV, not 2V. Small “FRANCE” to the left of the table and “2RV” to the right. Nicely engraved Vandoren Paris. I have no idea how old the mouthpiece is, but it is near mint.
