I got curious as to how many different brands of reeds there were out there. Sources were mainly WWBW, Weiner Music, Amazon, and Walmart. Amazon and Walmart appear to be the only two pushing Chinese reeds as well as French reeds.
Please note: This is not a complete list. I decided to limit this list to American/French cut reeds.
If I missed any French brand, please add it in.
This little exercise was for informational purposes only. I had no idea there were so many!
I can see where parents would have a difficult time choosing. They might possibly go to Walmart before WWBW or Weiner Music. Just my opinion.
I hope you find all of the above interesting.

Bravo, Dan! I would add Neuranter here in France. They bought up Glotin, but existed before Glotin. Merry Christmas to all of you!

As long as we're going down the parallel paths of the current and the long forgotten, what ever happened to Symmetricut? They were often bought as an alternative to RICO. There was also SML. I have no idea who made either of them.
Also Selmer Soloist. I notice in the original list there are no Selmer reeds at all.

You can add Peter Ponzol and Medir to the list, and Gonzalez also have a cut that they call GD reeds.
There may be some stocks of Canyes Xilema and Sinus reeds still in certain stores, but I believe these reeds are no longer produced.

Ligaphone, the French company that makes clarinet ligatures, also make Ligaphone Classique reeds. Innoledy in New York sells them in the US.
So that's another reed for the list.
