That serial number would have been issued in 1959.
(Just one year older than my pair of Leblanc LLs)

Price is very dependent on condition.
Boosey and Hawkes instruments are not very "fashionable" these days.
This is 60 year old student, bordering intermediate, clarinet so it could range typically between £50 -£150
