so I have this Bundy Eb, a former school instrument, that I picked up for $175. Added a B44, Fobes barrel and extension, and it sounds pretty nice. (Well, after major hazmatting and repair work.)
Anybody have solo pieces for Eb to suggest? I'm familiar with "Registro de Pajarillo" by Jorge Montilla, but thought I'd ask the collective wisdom here. There are plenty of unaccompanied Bb clarinet solo works, but anyone have anything else to suggest for Eb? Accompanied or not?

I performed “Scene and Air” on Eb soprano & piano for high school S&E, that is very melodic. Composer is Montfort.

Many years ago the Air Force band in which I played Eb clari did the "Air from Rinaldo" featuring Eb Clarinet. I can't recall who the arranger was.

Panizza: Ballabile con Variazioni (Lazarus Edition)
Cavallini: Carnevale di Venezia (Robert Lienau)
There’s a link: Panizza was a conductor at La Scala when Cavallini was first clarinet in the orchestra there. Both are typical Italian showpieces.

thanks again everybody--did not realize Cavallini's clarinet background as a player!--that and the Panizza sound like fun, Molter's up on youtube too. The others are unfamiliar to me but I'll check. Didn't yet plan on investing in the Hadcock book, that'll depend on how much of a life's work I want to make of playing the Eb.

well, this was fun, I'm glad I asked. Ordered "stardust" and enjoyed the Bolcom (lots of performances on YT); thanks Andrew for the tip on Andy Scott, which took me to his website and a bunch of music I never would have known about. Lots of clarinet ensemble/choir music there, plus mixed other ensembles and solo pieces. Interesting composer! Especially enjoyed this, called "Paquito" (https://www.andyscott.org.uk/paquito.html) which is tremendous fun for clarinet ensemble.
Lots to work on, and humble thanks to everyone.

I am surprised that no one has mentioned the Hindemith Quintet (clarinet + string quartet) which devotes one whole movement for E-flat clarinet. Or maybe the OP has implied that he is not interested in chamber music with strings. If so, I missed that.
The Hindemith is interesting in another way - it is semi-palindromic in that the last movement is the same as the first movement in reverse.
At any rate, I do like this composition and recommend that the OP check it our if he has access to a willing string quartet.

Thanks, Jeff. Not a lack of interest as much as a lack (at this point) of instrumental competence. I just wanted some things to hack away at in the practice studio. However, I appreciate your pointing out the Hindemith, which I do not know. I'll be checking it out. Thanks!
