As Tony F suggests, a repairman can thin the two "sliver" keys. What other keys have you corked shut? Keys can always be modified to get the best compromise between comfort and function. Maybe better to find a clarinet with the sound tendency and response you like and then see what can be done with problem keys to accommodate your fingers.
