The standard length barrel for the Regent, Edgware (which the 2-20 is), Emperor and Imperial 926 is 67mm, Shorter barrels will make the throat notes incredibly sharp on B&H clarinets and they're designed to play in tune with themselves using the standard length barrel (67mm) pulled out by around 1mm at a temperature of 19 to 20°C.

The B&H barrels marked 'SHORT' on the back are 62mm and they're often listed on eBay.

You may also want to try a mouthpiece that plays on the sharp side to see if that helps.
