K&M or Hercules bass clarinet/bassoon stands should work - probably best to put it in with the back of the instrument resting in the top cradle instead of face on.

If it's a Leblanc paperclip contra, then a K&M contrabassoon stand has a wide top cradle so the contra can rest in there sideways for more stability.
