The tones get sharper and sharper so you probably have a too short or narrow barrel or mouthpiece.

How are you playing the A? Preferably this should be with the resonance fingering o oxx oxx. This will make the note sound better than it does with all fingers off, but it also flattens it. So possibly you should be glad to have a sharp A, as with some combinations (not infrequently involving a Vandoren series 13 mouthpiece), the A is barely at pitch even with all fingers off, and you can't use the resonance fingering - so the note sounds less good, and you lose the advantage of fingers being prepared for going over the break. With my mouthpiece (Selmer C85 120), I find the A on most instruments to be very slightly on the high side even with resonance, which is fine: then you can adjust the hole slightly using bluetac until the tuning is exactly where you want it.

The middle A is a very easy note to lower if it is truly sharp. If the key is opening too much, then a thicker cork can be fitter. If the key height is ok then all one has to do is to remove the A and Ab keys with a screwdriver and make the hole slightly smaller with something like black fingernail polish. It should be in tune using the normal fingering. Good luck!
