Was the old Vandoren Perfecta a line of various mouthpieces or a singular model? I have one here that doesn't appear to have anything indicating what kind of model or facing it is. Perhaps it's just worn. Where are they typically stamped? Or is a Perfecta simply a 2RV?

There were very old Vandoren Perfectas (no mention of Diamond) dating perhaps from the late 20s or early 30s. These had a fairly large tone chamber and produced a rather wide and covered tone. I had one with string on the tenon rather than cork. Later came several different versions of the Diamond Perfecta. Most of these were made from rubber that had a distinctive "mothball" odor when vigorously rubbed or refaced. Some of these said 2RV, some had markings like you find on old New York Woodwind mouthpieces, such as G8, and some did not indicate any facing. I've seen some with a Diamond logo and some without. Many had the following stamped on front:
Perfecta
Vandoren
Paris
"DIAMOND"
EBONITE
These usually had a medium large H-shaped chamber, a little larger than you typically find on most later Vandoren models. Most 2RV Vandorens are not Perfectas or Diamond Perfectas. The Diamond Perfectas are made of different rubber (which, when rubbed or worked on tends to have either a sulfurous odor or hardly any odor) and have rather smaller chambers.
