Information sought about Albert Kaufman

I'm a clarinettist and researcher working on a project investigating John Cage's 'Concert for Piano and Orchestra'.

I am writing to ask if any list members have information about Albert Kaufman, the clarinettist who performed the piece at the premiere at New York Town Hall in 1958 (see this link for details about the recording: https://www.discogs.com/John-Cage-The-25-Year-Retrospective-Concert-Of-The-Music-Of-John-Cage/release/106667).

If you know anything about Kaufman, I would be very interested to hear from you. My details are below.
