Hello, I have a Evette Buffet Crampon Bb Clarinet Master Model with a serial number of D29323. I was wondering if anyone would know when that model was made and/or the value of it. It is a wood instrument.

If you go to
http://www.woodwindforum.com/clarinetperfection/buffet-evette-schaeffer/
and scroll down to the Evette-Schaefer section, you will see that the instrument was made in 1973.
The value is exactly what you can convince someone to pay for it, but I would guess between $400 and $800 depending on condition if you find the right buyer (i.e. someone familiar with the history and wanting a version of it.

Well I had a Master Model that really looked like an R13. However, the low register was dull and flat such that I had to undercut all of the holes, which made it pretty good. The second register was ok. It seemed to be worth about $400 or so ten years ago.
