I got mine done at a local place (I don't think people send their horns in to there so I'm not sure how much good it would do you!). He did a complete overhaul of two instruments. Rehydration (both were sitting around for a long time unplayed), all new pads, including cork ones on the top joint, new corks, key adjustments, etc. It cost me $270 for each instrument (one Bb R13 and one random Eb from the 1930s that I bought recently).
