I am just curious: has there been any metal Oehler clarinet (or metal German clarinet) ever made?

Do bass clarinets count?

It's not "full" Oehler system though.

Uebel made soprano aluminum clarinets (and flutes) too, but I've only seen pictures of Boehm system. Maybe they made some German system as well?

I have an Albert system metal Eb. No maker on it, but the keywork resembles that of Buffet of the period, circa 1900.

I'm afraid that this does not look like an Oehler system clarinet to me.

It seems to have only 13 keys and the key layout looks very similar to my Buffet Albert (so-called) system which has 14 keys.

" ¿Albert is german?":
Your V. Kohlert'Söhne Graslitz as far as I can see is a German system with 5 rings, made before 1918, and, because of the missing f'/c'' trill, probably earlier.

Silly question - but how do early Oehlers compare to early Alberts? What are the differences I should be looking for?

[EDIT} corrected spelling error.

For the differences between Oehler and German vs. Albert (if any) see here:

Aluminum clarinets. Jdbassplayer Thanks for posting the link. Fascinating.

And yeah, lost of folks made simple system or albert system metal clarinets, including Selmer, Buescher, Bettoney (Silva Bet), Rampone, H.N. White (Silver King.) Leblanc (Noblet), etc, etc. Oehler systems are descended from these. I vaguely recall that someone in Germany is now making making some metal clarinets but I don't recall what sort of keywork.
