Are you wanting to play jazz? I new Arnold well. One smart guy and one one the best sight readers I've ever played with. His MP's were more for jazz. The 1940's big band style. He lived just outside of NYC, called Great Neck. Here's the thing, I kiked his sax playing a lot better than his clarinet playing so I feel his sax mouthpieces were much better.
As for pitch it depends on the mouthpiece you pick. I'm not sure if you will be able to hit 442. It will be close. In the upper register, probably not.
440 with a 65 mm no problem, hitting 440
