Any updates on my short note of about 10 years ago on reproducing favorite mpcs by means of 3D printer technique?? Maybe they are now all made with this technique ??

Throwing it back at ya: Why don't you research the available materials which are amenable to 3-D printing, then find out what currently available mouthpieces are made from those materials?

That should give you your answer.

There are some people 3D printing sax mouthpieces, but I haven't seen or heard of any clarinet mouthpieces being made this way.
