The original Emperor design is basically an exact copy of the 926 Imperial and produced using all same jigs and tools.
The main difference is that the 926 was built and finished by craftsmen and then tuned, whilst the Emperor was a mass produced version built on a production line by operatives and, if lucky, had a blow test.
