Yamaha 4C is made of plastic and has a poor interior design (slightly raised baffle with a molding break at the bottom of the baffle, and the tip baffle is too shallow and flat). The stock facings are lousy too. I've used several as blanks and eventually made decent-playing mouthpieces out of them, but it was really not worth the effort (I did it more as a personal challenge).
The Bundy 3 on the other hand is made from decent rubber (or at least used to be, perhaps the latest ones are plastic?), the oldest were marked "France" and of course used French blanks, the newer ones used American Babbitt blanks which are maybe not quite as good as the French ones, but still competent. The Bundy mouthpieces have a good interior design and sometimes the stock facings are actually usable, although I've always refaced them to my own tastes.
