What fingerings do use for the altissimo F, G and G#? I need to go up to top G and back again

What fingerings work best for you is highly personal, and depending on the situation.
(I rarely have to go into the upper altissimo register, by the way)

Thanks to some suggestions from this Board over the years, I use the following combination a lot:
F= "long F" - T/R 123, 123
G= "overblown C# plus Eb/Ab key - T/R 23, 12 Eb/Ab
G#= Just lift 1 of RH - T/R 23, 2 Eb/Ab

I think the choice really depends on how fast you have to do it. If it's slow enough, whatever you normally use for best intonation should work.
If it's fast, it also depends a little on what comes before the F. The easiest way, which works on my 10G, is regular F, overblown lh thumb + rk, same plus two bottom rh side keys and then reverse. But one of the features of early 10Gs (I don't know about later ones) was higher altissimo notes starting with F6. I don't know if these fingerings will be flat on a Buffet or other brands. If there's a leap going to the first F6, you may want to start, as Paul suggests, with closed F and use his sequence.

From F#-G-G#, try (all with speaker key open and the LH thumb on):
F# - xxo|side Eb/Bb ooo (+Ab/Eb if needed)
G - xoo|xoo Ab/Eb
G# - throat G# ooo|xoo Ab/Eb
... and back again.

There are MANY choices (more than 15) for G and Ab, but I would probably avoid Chris' suggested G and Ab fingerings since they tend to be very sharp. In fact, his suggested G fingering (xoo|xoo Ab/Eb) is even more sharp than the so-called "Junior High School" G fingering (oxo/xxo Ab/Eb) which most clarinetists avoid.
A few better fingerings to keep in your arsenal are:
G - xoo/xxo Ab/Eb
G - xox/xox Ab/Eb
G# - ooo/xoo Ab/Eb
G# - ooo (right side key #4) /ooo Ab/Eb
G# - oxx/xox F#/C#

The reason why I suggested the sharp fingerings is just for that very reason - if your chops are getting tired you need all the help you can get and if that means using sharp fingerings to compensate so the notes are in tune, then so be it.

My two bobs worth. All with LH speaker key open and LH thumb hole closed of course.
F# xxo / xxx Eb
G xoo / xoo Eb
G# oxx / xxx with LH F#lever.
The G could also be played with xoo / xox Eb but I'd prefer the first finger of each hand.
