Does anyone know if such exists? Any song from "the planets" available for solo clarinet and piano or clarinet duet?

Hi CP21
By 'songs' I guess you mean melodies or themes? It's useful as you mature as a musician to use the correct terminology. Songs generally refer to pieces of music that have a melody that is going to be sung by a singer.
The slow section of the Jupiter movement is often known by the title 'Thaxted' as it is also a hymn tune. For example it can be found as free flute music at http://www.flutetunes.com/tunes.php?id=142
A bit of googling under that title might find it available for clarinet and piano or duet. Think a little laterally in your searching: eg maybe try 'Theme from Mars by Holst sheet music '
Hope this helps
Brad
