Conn Connstellation Clarinet

I have a Conn Connstellation Bb clarinet, Model 38, serial #K192xx. Would like to know the production date of this clarinet. It appears to be a rather well built clarinet. This model has the locking screws. Don't know if the keys are pot metal. I cleaned a few and discovered that they have a rather bright finish.

Thanks in advance for your input regarding my quest to date this instrument.
