Hi!
My son was given 2 advanced songs to play, much more advanced then his intermediate level. These are for 3rd clarinet part, according to the sheet music given.
The good:
One song is called 'Torch of Liberty', so I found this in you tube:

And he plays his part with it just fine, and practices along with it. It ends when his sheet music does.
The problem:
The other song is called 'Italian Holiday'. I cannot find this song on you tube, but I am not sure. Searching for Italian Holiday gives too many results. However, when I do Italian Holiday Dicapua, since the word Dicapua is on the sheet music, I can find so me of these songs:

However, I just cant seem to make it fit the sheet music. Could this be the right song?
I don't have the sheet music in front of me, but a co-workers daughter played it out for us, so I've attached the first few measures.

I own a license to a product called Smartmusic, that in its library is all the band parts to 'Torch of Liberty.'
I could not find your second listing, which could have as much to do with it not being in the Smartmusic catalog as it could my not referencing it properly, either under "Italian Holiday," or "Dicapua."
Smartmusic, while fee based, is, I think, an excellent internet tool for learning music. Specific to your needs, your child can listen to and watch their part (and play along) at any tempo, with or without metronome, with or without (or just) accompaniment. With the microphone they sell (or one you may already have), the music will keep pace with the tempo your child sets.
The tool also has a vast selection of band, orchestra, and study books, as well as solo, duet and chamber works across all major instruments and levels of play.

Additionally, the tool allows you to create MP3 files of its music, with the aforementioned settings. I'd offer one to you, which would not require by necessity that you have more than an MP3 player, but would violate the software licensing terms and/or possible copyrights on the music.

The di Capua on the music probably refers to Eduardo di Capua, an Italian composer who lived from 1865 to 1917. Perhaps his best-known composition is the music for "O sole mio," which Elvis Presley later adapted, with different lyrics, for his hit "It's Now or Never."
The piece your son actually has is probably "Italian Holiday" by Robert Longfield, a medly of popular (perhaps too popular) Italian melodies, including "Vesti La Giubba" from "Pagliacci" (basis for hit song, "The Way of a Clown"), "Funiculi, Funicula", "Come Back To Sorrento", "La Donna e Mobile", "Wedding Tarantella", and "O sole mio."
Longfield's piece is a popular one for school bands, that's why there are so many different videos of it on YouTube and why I think it is probably the one your son has. The link you posted is to a performance of that work. It's hard to tell from your friend's recording but it could fit. I'd suggest you have your son try to play along with your YouTube video, following the conductor (a benefit of using YouTube) and see if the part fits.
If he has an original part, the composer's name should be on the right side of the music, just above the first staff. I would expect it to read "Robert Longfield," If it doesn't, let us know.

Fortunatly, i'm italian and i remember the first is singed by pavarotti and he said

And, everytime i laugh when i listen that...
the second i don't know...
