Thats my question!!
I think to begin gymnastics and would like to ask how it may be wise to plan my gymnastic exercises in order to have benefits from them.My final exams are at June. For example I could do exercises for physical or diaphragmatic strength .
thanks

If you have important clarinet exams in June, I would avoid activities that are high risk for hand or arm injuries. Cardio activities such as running, swimming, or cycling that build stamina would be a safer bet.
I sustained a finger injury before an important solo once. I was healed in time for the performance, but missed several weeks of practice time an nearly lost out on the opportunity.

Just starting gymnastics? Probably highest risk of injury if you're just starting. I'd be careful.

Cycling is not without risks. I came off my bike a few years ago, fractured my elbow, was out of action for several weeks. Swimming might be safer.

swimming - great for playing long passages where there's no good places to breath. Work up to doing a couple of lengths underwater. Low risk of injury too.
