Has anyone come across a fingering chart that list resonance fingerings for a 21 key clarinet? and if there is no chart how would I go about achieving
them. I have tried some but they don't seem to be working. Any advice will
be helpful.

Any resonance fingerings for regular Boehm systems should work fine on full Boehms.

Which notes/resonance fingerings are you having trouble with?

What make and model of clarinet do you have?
Resonance fingerings can vary a lot between brands and models. I certainly find that wide bore clarinets often respond differently to the narrower ones.

Try and experiment with extra fingers/keys etc to find what works best with your specific instrument. and don't be surprised if changing mouthpiece and reeds sometimes affects those resonance fingerings.
