 Scorser website trustworthy?

Hi,

can anyone comment on whether the Scorser website (en.scorser.com) is trustworthy?

I've been looking for orchestra parts that aren't on IMSLP, and can apparently download from Scorser, which I've never come across before.

I personally do not trust that site, mostly because I have seen copyrighted items that should not be there.
