"Someone to watch over me" is a tune by George and Ira Gershwin. It's a jazz standard.
If you're talking about Artie's recording with his last Gramercy 5 (Hank Jones on piano, et al), I doubt there are any commercially available transcriptions of Artie's improvised solo. Your best bet (and training) is to transcribe it yourself.
The lead sheet to the tune can be found in many jazz fake books.
Eric

If you are new to transcribing you can use a program called Audacity (free and open source)
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
to help. You can load the song, and loop little parts, even single notes. You can slow the music down without changing the pitch.
