Still doesn't work for me. I've tried it on several browsers and it just times out. If it's working normally for everybody else it must be something at this end.

It's working for me. There's a post there about an update/outage. Might not help but try googling for it and trying from there. Or maybe it's going to an old version because of saves cookies or someting like that (not sure how it works but it happened to me once).
