It's an R13, serial number 120413. Based on the serial number chart at
http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/Equipment/HowOld/Buffet.html
, it was made in 1971. My own R13s are from that time.
R13s made at that time sounded great, but the intonation was variable

-- sometimes very good, but sometimes very bad. They are amenable to tweaking (mine had a lot).
Everything depends on how it plays **for you**.
