Can any of you tell me the standard barrel length for 1890's 3/4 full-Boehm low pitch Bb clarinet? Any suggested sources for used replacement?

For what it's worth my early 1900 full boehm LP A has a 64.6 mm barrel. With these old horns you have to try a lot of barrels and mouthpieces before something works. However, when you do find the correct combination they can be really nice horns. I suggest you contact Morrie Backun, he set up the nicest playing circa 1910 Bb I've ever played.

A great teacher gives you answers to questions
you don't even know you should ask.
