Mind over matter and a visualization technique: when your mouth is too dry, you imagine you are sucking on a lemon. When your mouth is too wet, you visualize yourself playing the clarinet in the desert of Yuma, Arizona. You won't have to do this for the rest of your life. Sooner, rather than later, your mouth will find itself responding to playing the clarinet by not being too wet. It will associate playing the clarinet with more dryness.
