A full Oehler (German) system clarinet (with the low E/F vent on the bell).

Hard to say what brand. Could be a Wurlitzer but perhaps someone has a better eye for the details.

Oh dear not another fan of Andre Rieu.
I love him, he seems to bring a touch of 'ordinary fun' to light classical music - not for the music snobs though.
I dream of being in a German market square with a litre of beer in my hand, listening to, and dancing to, his lively music.
Oh. and of course fantasising about Manoe Konings who apparently can be sometimes seen in black leathers on her motorcycle.
