I have the M13 Lyre, and I am looking for a new clarinet mouthpiece because right now it is getting old and soft. I was thinking about the Vandoren CL6 from the masters series, which i could order. I would prefer a mouthpiece for solo performances, orchestra, and concert band. I use Vandoren Strength #3 Reeds. Any recommendations?

How old is you old and soft mouthpiece? What is happening to it that makes you categorize it as soft?
On second reading, I almost get the impression that you mean that you cannot play loudly enough on it. Is that more the idea? If that is the case, my first suggestion would be to try an M13 (non-Lyre). A slightly shorter lay will play more forcefully because it allows slightly less reed to vibrate (makes the system stiffer). This choice would be a much easier transition because you already use an M13.
Extending the above idea, and following the Masters question, I would try a CL4 first. These mouthpieces play more robustly but are not to far off the mark from an M13, 5RV Lyre sort of feel. The CL5 and CL6 are more 'open' and may be more of a leap at this point from what you are comfortable playing.
One other thing to consider is difference of pitch. The "M" series mouthpieces are all (what Vandoren calls A=440) slightly lower pitch generating mouthpieces. The Masters were all originally "standard pitch" (a slightly higher pitch mouthpiece). I think they make 'lower pitch' Masters now, but you need to be aware. The difference (if you get the standard pitch Masters) would be another factor to get used to.

Many mail order stores will send you 3-4 on a trial basis when you put payment for one on a credit card. If you return all they charge mailing and stocking fees. It's well worth trying as many as you have to in order to find the right one. My advise is to try four, if not satisfied try another four. Once you find the one you like ask them to send you several of those and choose the best one. Every single mouthpiece plays slightly different of the same make and model. It's well worth you time and effort if you can't go into a store that stocks many different mouthpieces and allows you to try them. I just noticed where you live, sorry, you may not have that available to you as we do in the states. In any case, try before you buy if possible.

Try a few #3.5 reeds first.

I switched from an M13 lyre to a Clark Fobes CWF a while back. The Fobes sounds way better to me; it has a fuller, clearer sound and a great dynamic range. It just needs slightly harder reeds (the Pilgerstorfer "Dolce" reeds that Fobes distributes on his website work great in size 4.)
I agree about trying to find a reed strength that works best for the M13 lyre before trying a whole new mouthpiece, though.

I say my m13 is getting soft because it is old so you can make finger nail marks on it if u push deeply. And there is a lot of mineral deposits there.
I wish to play louder, mostly because my section is too quiet and I have some solo performances coming up
I would try out the CL4 and the CL6 (especially because they say it is better for softer reeds). And i want to be able to articulate clearly with it.
The M13 mouthpiece is A=440 pitch, and I don't mind getting an A=442 pitch mouthpiece because that is what our conductor tunes us to, but that doesn't really matter as long as I can adjust to it.
Also, the trouble is I don't think I can try out a few mouthpieces because the music store don't have the mouthpieces in stock and don't plan to get any unless I make a specific order for it. Maybe I could order a few so I can try them out.
I find it hard to play any reed strength above #3 because it is too hard/i am too weak.
