Has a location for Clarinetfest 2016 been determined yet? I've heard rumors that it will be at Eastman, but I can neither confirm nor deny that. Does anyone know for sure?

The high temp yesterday was around 90 degrees; we do usually get a few of those every year.

In quartet rehearsal today, I was informed that Clarinetfest 2016 is going to be in Lawrence, Kansas at The University of Kansas. I'm not sure how the people found out that told me since it's not on the web site yet, but since they're ICA members, I assume that's how they know.

There's no way to predict the weather in the US in two summers. It's all over place these days. We're having a "cold" spell in MD, in the low 80s and even high 70's all week in mid August. The high for yesterday a few years ago was 103, yesterday it was 81. You just never know.
