 Buffet/B&H parts

How universal are Buffet and B&H clarinet parts? If I have a damaged B&H Regent, will the lower joint of a Buffet B12 fit? (I understand they are very similar) Or one from an E11?

Late plastic Evettes, B&H Regent IIs and early Buffet B12s are the same clarinet, but the genuine B&H Regents and B12s are entirely different clarinets and therefore not compatible.

An E11 is basically a wooden B12, so parts are interchangeable between them, but they will have to be of a similar age as they changed some things here and there as they went on.
