Backun repair in Chicago western suburbs

Hello! Could someone recommend a clarinet repair person located in the western suburbs of Chicago? I have a Backun Protege that needs to be looked at. When I switch from C# on the right to a B on the left it seems to stick and make a warbling kind of sound. Thanks!

Is it possible the "C#" spatula is scraping against the crow's foot armature between the RH "C#" and the RH "B?"

Anyway, sounds like an issue that most techs at most local music stores could handle without undue stress to you or the horn.
