I had one of these fairly recently - it was in the original burgundy case and was this exact keywork configuration (18/7) which I rebuilt and sold for £750 to a player who then decided it wasn't for him and then sold it onto someone in Israel.

I rebuilt the clarinet myself with mostly cork pads, so it only cost me my own time and parts to do rather than paying someone else to overhaul it.
The cost of an unrestored clarinet will be considerably less compared to a fully overhauled one. I only sold it for £750 as it had a cracked top joint that had previously been repaired - they would fetch more with an intact top joint. Check the listings on eBay for an idea how much they're selling for.
When I replied with the attachment it duplicated my post. Keeps doing this for some reason.

Unrestored and uncracked Selmer CTs with the enhanced mechanism as seen on yours tend to sell for around US$400-$500 or so.
BBoard sponsor Dillon Music has an identical CT with extra barrel in need of a repad for $595. It's gone unsold for quite some time now.
