 Cannonball Clarinets
Author: Roxann

A local vendor who carries Cannonball clarinets had a display at our local jazz festival these past few days. The professional model came with two different barrels and two different bells, all of which are very different from the standard found on other clarinets. One of the adjudicators (a sax player) played it and was very impressed. You can view the extra bell and barrel here:

My question is, has anybody played this brand of clarinet and, if so, what was your reaction to it.

Made in Taiwan. Just bear in mind that a good professional player can make almost any horn sound like it's a wonderful instrument.
