Maria, these two sentences seem so non-sequitur to the rest of your post, but may be more important than any of the mouthpiece information you provided. If the pain came before you started to use the B45, the chances seem strong that it may have nothing at all to do with the clarinet. Get it checked by a dentist and see if there's a non-clarinet explanation (maybe wisdom teeth, as you suggest, or jaw inflammation from some other cause). If it truly has something to do with your embouchure approach, thinking about pressure and "biting" and which mouthpiece and reeds to use may eventually solve the problem. But if there's something structural going on in your jaw, you'll only postpone dealing with it if you don't have it checked out.
