I looked at my LPs. The Mozart Quintet is in A with a written transposition for Bb. The Brahms Quintet is in Bb, but it's clearly a speeded up version originally in A. Most turntables (ah, memories) had a speed trim control that let you slow them down enough to bring the pitch down a half step. That's a problem when you have a CD or MP3 transfer.
I have a really good LP of the Spohr Concerto #3 that's a full step high.
The MMO LPs declined in quality over the years. The Brahms Trio had a phone ringing and a baby crying in the background.
