 Klassick ligature

How does one put on the Vandoren Klassick Ligature? I find mine rather tight and resistant

Just slip it on over the mouthpiece and reed. Pull it down to where a regular metal or fabric ligature usually sits to secure the reed in place. Nothing more to it. Of course, you need to ensure that you've got it the right way around: the ligature has a "top" and a "bottom" and the former is a wee bit smaller diameter than the latter.

I use it almost all the time and seldom need to adjust the two tightening cords in the front.
