Buffet E11 identification

Dear all,

I am interested in buying a Buffet clarinet, model E11, made in Germany with serial number 611759.
I try to identify the manufacturing date and read a lot of forums, search few web sites and just got more and more confused.

Any help is appreciated.

I think Schreiber used the same serial list for both B12 and E11 models (B12s would have been made in much greater numbers than E11s) so if this is the case your E11 would date from about 1998 give or take a year.
