ok, nobody commented yet, but I hope that this much improved recording, with decent samples might spark some interest:

I had trouble getting the recording to appear (your "Reverie" kept popping up) but it showed up eventually.

Quite evocative at first, rather like film music. I could easily see Henri and Jeanne in a dimly lit apartment, facing off across a table littered with cigarette ash and empty glasses. But the piece meandered a bit too much, not seeming to know where it was going. The piano is a bit busy at times. In particular, it shouldn't double what the clarinet is doing.

Are you a Piazzola fan? That's who it sounded like. A decent little piece, but it wants some tightening up.

thanks for your feedback.

I have played a little piazzola on guitar but although my influences are diverse, if you google carrie jacobs-bond, you'll get an idea of my style.

Thanks for pointing out the doubling. That will be corrected as it should be rarely used in a piece like this.
